Michael is a life long member of the Oneonta Community and is very familiar with the Central NY marketplace. As a Home Inspector he has extensive construction, contracting and development experience including the successful purchase and renovation and sale of several commercial and residential properties. With over 25 years experience in the Healthcare field including holding a Corporate Executive position for both Marketing and Operations for one of the nations largest Home care companies as well as owning his own Home Care Corporation he has amassed a wealth of contacts in the Central NY region and uses these contacts to maximize his business potential. He is a United States Army Veteran as well as a Nurse, College Soccer Coach, an FAA Licensed Commercial Drone Pilot, NYS licensed real estate broker and is Bilingual. He loves to be outdoors and spend time with his children when they are able to visit. He is a dedicated hard worker and commits his time and efforts fully to his clients. Mike and Leanne love to travel and experience life to the fullest.

Leanne joined the home inspection industry as a certified professional home inspector through American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) and obtained the certification of Certified Professional Inspectors through International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Also, Leanne is a Certified Radon Measurement Technician (AARST-NRPP Certified). She has a diverse background as a small business owner, graphic design professional and NYS licensed real estate broker. Her professional business experience has fostered, strong communication and customer service skills with a keen sense for attention to details, enhancing the home inspection process.

Leanne is creative at heart, passionate about good food and has a strong desire to rove and travel about . She prefers photographing her outdoor adventures to snapshots of defective heating systems but aptly applies her talent to both. She is most happy when in the company of her partner Mike, precious cat Romeo or laughing with family and friends.
